3. Can I get a sample before placing big orders?

4. Is the color of the product on the web images authentic and reliable?

5. If I got broken powders in my products. What should I do?
Generally, broken rate from 1%-3% is normal. If it is over than 3%, please send pictures in time, we will compensate at your next order.
